We have a simple, straightforward pricing structure based on pro rata hourly rates for most services. So you will always know how much you are paying.
Following an initial enquiry, we carry out a free home care assessment and agree a no-commitment care plan. This specifically outlines the hours and level of home care recommended to maintain a consistently high level service. You will be given a precise quotation for the service requested, and can adjust your home care package to suit your changing needs and preferences as required. Please contact our office for a quote.
Direct Payments or Council Funded
You may qualify for “Direct Payments” which is a Government initiative to council funding by individuals choosing their own care providers. Social workers can assess your needs, allocate funds to your care provision and allow selecting who looks after you.
Monarch Care Services can facilitate “Direct Payments”, helping you to recruit the exact home carer/ PA that suits your personal needs. The same process is followed, as with all our personnel, this includes Enhanced DBS checks, career background and capability checks and any specific additional training required.
